Noel Singh – Payroll Specialist

Noel Singh is a dedicated and experienced payroll specialist, certified in payroll, and currently serves as an Office Manager. He has over five years of expertise in payroll including certified payroll processing.  Noel is very skills in managing payroll operations, ensuring compliance, and overseeing administrative tasks. Specializing in certified payroll and is the employee coordinator with regards of weekly Union payroll.   His responsible for the weekly payroll reporting utilizing HH2 program software to calculate and process payroll  to Paychecks.  He provides detailed payroll cash requirements as well as making sure all employees get their payroll in time.

Noel has been handling project administrative compliance in relations to project set-up, project documentation, project planning and has a proven record of managing project submittals for government projects and all other prime projects. Known for attention to detail and strong organizational skills, Noel is committed to maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all payroll and administrative processes.

Noel has diploma in general studies including certification in industrial hygiene technician (IHT) for sampling and analysis of airborne asbestos.  He is certified air sample analyst last 10 years.
